A monument for Veterans Memorial Park celebrating America 250

This life-size bronze sculpture will be the first monument honoring Mary Katharine Goddard, a citizen patriot devoted to the principles of our nation’s founding. Goddard was a pioneering printer and Baltimore postmaster commissioned by the Continental Congress to typeset the first copy of the Declaration of Independence to include the signers’ names for distribution to the 13 Colonies.
